Daniel Fishman Assistant Director
Daniel has been with us since September 2006 and he is our Israeli Fellow.
He was born and raised the holy land, Israel . His grandparents “made aliyah” in the early 1970s (well of course they took along their children too). So, Daniel speaks fluently three languages: Hebrew, English and Russian. During the nighttime, he sometimes also speaks Spanish and French…
Daniel joined the IDF in 1999 in an elite program to be a Paramedic Commander and Instructor.
In 2003 he began his B.A. in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology in Ben-Gurion University . During his college years, Daniel volunteered in several places such as a down-syndrome club, in a club for mentally ill people and in an autistic children kinder garden.
He began his career as an Israeli representative back in 2002 In Russia Moscow where he was a summer camp council. Since then he has been there two more times.
Feel more then welcome to come and speak with him about Israel , but not only… he is all by himself here, so he could definitely use your warm and loving company.
